Ceremony
Where will we be?
Our Wedding ceremony will take place in the Loft room, starting at 1.30pm. We ask that all guests arrive at 1pm and wait inside the cocktail bar.
During the ceremony, we ask that if guests do wish to take photographers or videos that they stay mindful of our professional photographers and videographers, and stay out of there frames. We ask that all mobile phones are switched to silent to avoid any disruptions.
Are children allowed?
To allow all wedding guests, a day of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend our ceremony, we hope you understand.
What should I wear?
Formal attire, get your frocks and suits out ladies and gentlemen.
Polite reminder to all guests, NO white, cream, ivory or blush as this would ruin our Brides day.
It is October and the weather is likely to be cold so coats are recommended.
Guests
A polite reminder that unfortunately due to capacity health and safety, day time guest numbers have been limited. Guests will have received a formal invite for either the wedding ceremony or the evening reception.
Evening guests will not be accommodated for during the ceremony or the wedding breakfast and for this reason we ask that they arrive no earlier then 6.30pm.
Drinks Reception
The Drinks Reception will take place in the private cocktail bar from 2pm till 3.30pm, where you can try some of the unique cocktails, and begin celebrating the newly wedded couple.
Wedding Breakfast

Our Wedding Breakfast will take place at 3.30pm inside the Loft room.
Menu
Guests will have a choice between 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 deserts. Menus choices will be sent out to you via email around 6 months before the day, so please be sure to keep your eyes peeled for this email.
Toasts
Tissues and prosecco at the ready to prepare for laughter and tears during our beautiful speeches.
Room Turnaround
After the wedding breakfast guests will be taken back down into the private cocktail bar while the venue carries out the room turnaround. Guests will be able to have a few drinks and enjoy a Live music performance during there wait.
Evening Reception
Get your dancing shoes on, the party starts at 7pm. Join us for our first dance as Mr and Mrs and the cutting of the cake.
Evening food will be served at 8.30pm.
A night full of love, surrounded by all our friends and family.
Last orders called at 11.45pm and guest departure at 12am.
We again ask due to the capacity that only guests addressed on the official invites attend.

Q&A
Gifts
The Bride and Groom remind everyone that gifts are not compulsory and your presence on the day is more then enough, if you do wish to gift them however, they would be grateful for contributions towards the cost of their honeymoon.
There will be a postbox located at the venue on the day for all cards to be posted.
In case of an emergency
Fire exits are clearly marked in all areas of the building, and in case of an emergency we remind all guest to please refrain from using any lifts and exit via the stairs.
Photographs
We encourage all guests to take as many photographs as they would like to help us capture every part of this beautiful day. Tables will be marketed with QR codes where guest will be taken to a privately shared wedding album. Photographs can be uploads here by all guests to help us create a wedding album that includes every moment shared.
Plus ones
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can't allow all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask guests not to bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.
